Traumaheilung ist Friedensheilung

Der 8. Mai ist für uns ein Schicksalstag, mit dem jeder etwas anderes verbindet. Krieg. Kriegsende, Kriegsursachen, Kriegsschuld, Kriegsschulden – um uns herum werden die Erinnerungen aufgewärmt, neu geordnet oder neue Erkenntnisse verbreitet. Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie viele kriegstraumatisierte Menschen, ohne es zu wissen, dadurch alljähtlich retraumatisiert werden.

Es dauert noch lange, bis alle traumatischen Erlebnisse verarbeitet sind

Auf den Punkt gebracht, ist eine traumatische Erfahrung der GAU in einem Leben. Welche Erfahrungen allerdings als traumatisch abspeichert werden, ist individuell und hängt vom Einzelnen sowie seiner unmittelbaren Umgebung ab.
Wenn über Traumata gesprochen wird, wird leicht übersehen, dass sie nicht bewusst erinnerbar sind. Wie dieser Selbstschutz des Körpers funktioniert, beschreibt Gerald Hüther sehr klar in seinem Buch „Bedienungsanleitung für ein menschliches Gehirn“.
Was nicht erinnerbar ist, sucht sich andere Wege. Dazu zählen u.a. die schwer greifbaren posttraumatischen Belastungsstörungen. Aus kinesiologischer Sicht sind sie Ausdruck einer permanenten emotionalen Stresssituation, die der Körper nicht mehr bewältigt, weil der negative Stressspeicher voll ist und überquillt.

Die Heilungsebene erkennen

Auf der Heilungsebene haben PTB eine Erinnerungsfunktion: „Du, dir ist irgendwann etwas lebensbedrohlich Schreckliches passiert, das du ganz schnell wieder vergessen wolltest. Sonst hättest du nicht weiter leben können.“ Sie sagen vielleicht auch:“Du, die Gefahr ist vorbei, jetzt kannst du frei entscheiden – lebe dein eigenes Leben.“ Sie sagen dir vielleicht auch:“Akzeptiere deinen Schmerz, akzeptiere, dass du einen schrecklich grausamen Schmerz in dir trägst und sei gnädig, sei nachsichtig mit dir.“

Ein gebrochene Seele ist wie ein gebrochenes Bein

Sie muss heilen und braucht dafür Zeit. Bis das geschehen ist, tut sie weh, ist nicht belastbar, muss man manchmal unerwartet aufschreien … und wehe, jemand kommt dagegen! Ist das Bein verheilt, kommt die Reha – Muskeln werden wieder aufgebaut, Gelenke und Sehnen wieder fit gemacht. Und dann braucht der Körper noch viel Zeit, bis er den Schmerz vergessen hat. Für die Seele gelten die gleichen Schritte, für sie aber gibt es die Reha der Liebe.

Traumheilung ist Herzensheilung

Und wie macht man das? Es ist einfach, wenn du dein Herz auf Liebe programmierst. Dein Herz ist das Zentrum von fast allem und ganz besonders der Gefühle und Liebe. Im Herzen gibt es keinen Groll, es pumt das Blut überall hin. Im Herzen findest du die unbedingte Annahme deines Lebens, schenke ihm einfach viel Aufmerksamkeit.
Eine schnell wirkende Methode ist ein tiefes und bewusstes Atmen durchs Herz, immer wieder. Kommt ein Anflug von Groll oder Minderwertigkeit, atme sofort mehrere Male durch dein Herz. Es wirkt!
In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich ein Buch empfehlen, das ich gerade mit begeistertem Interesse gelesen und noch einmal viel dazu gelernt habe: Heartness® von Melanie Grimm. Wenn du magst … hier geht es zu meiner meine Rezension. 
Persönlich soll der 8.Mai mein Tag des inneren Friedens sein, des Einklangs mit meinem Leben und mit dem, wofür ich 2 Monate nach Kriegsende auf die Welt gekommen bin – für ein Leben als Friedenskind. Das wünsche ich auch dir – aus ganzen Herzen.
